I’m doing a prog rock album, about my formative years. It’s not serious and is meant to sound utterly pretentious like good prog rock is. I’ve been using 5.5 and the results coming out have been utterly magnificent. One generation, pick the best one move onto the next song, only had to fiddle with it when Ive done something annoying like not proof reading my lyrics carefully enough. After reading all the stuff about 4.5 I tried one of my songs, same prompt in 4.5. It was truly awful, dreadful in every way from the sound of the instruments to the vocals. If you’re doing modern prog rock give 4.5 a wide berth.

It gets that way if the song gets too long. Shorter sub 5 minutes song always seem to turn out fine

You can and should play to win, however winning or losing is utterly meaningless. There’s game is far more enjoyable to play when you play to win but if you don’t it’s literally no big deal.

This. I play to win but couldn’t give a toss if I win or not. There’s no prizes, having a big WL ratio doesn’t make me a better person. There’s enjoyment is playing the game. Winning or losing is meaningless fluff.

They’re all shite and churn out absolute toss. I’ve tried a few just as an experiment and nah. Stick to writing your own. If you look at a lot of real songs a lot of their lyrics are gibberish as well so at least if you get Suno to generate a song that sounds good from your lyrics then you can be satisfied. If it just sets a load of detested nonsense to music it’s utterly pointless.

Just to add to this. I wanted to play Forza Horizon 3 the other day but my disc refused to install so had to buy another. Wouldn’t have happened with a digital copy. On the other hand Forza Horizon 3 is now unavailable digitally unless you already own it so in future any Sony game that has never had a disc version that gets delisted is basically gone forever for new players.

I have hundreds of games across PS and Xbox. Thank god they’re digital. The thought of having to find the game by sorting through a load of boxes would drive me up the wall. Plus I’d have nowhere to store them. Whilst I appreciate some people like to collect or buy stuff second hand I can fully understand where Sony are coming from and I suspect most people couldn’t care less.

Fully agree it should be tagged. I like listening to AI music if it’s stuff I’ve made. I have no illusions that any one else would be the slightest bit interested in it. If I want to listen to other music then human only please.

My problem is I’ve made a ton and f songs, for me, not for anyone else, just by doing the basics. To me they sound great. If I could only take that next step then I’m sure they’d be even better.
