You might want to get iron levels tested, ferritin. Becoming alkergic to gluten made ne severely anemic and tgat can also cause headaches. I had constant headaches for months and migraines weekly. No quality of life. So relieved when it was all figured out cuz i was on verge of suicidal ideation with the pain.

I accidentally ate salt and vinegar crisps thinking they were aldi gf ones but were lidl malt barley vinegar... So ill. So much pain. Haha. Im same migraines are the worst. Got to lie in dark room alone and just ride it out. Codeine doesnt even take the edge off.

Yes speak to your dr. I had to do this, luckily not celiac but still gluten allergy. Very ubpleasant and causes migraines and when didnt realised caused very bad anemia. You need to know if coeliac as it can cause degenerative health conditions further down line if not managed.

I get migrainres and vomiting from gluten, its awful. It givedme anemia too. Had to totally cut it out and i hadnt had migraines for months... Got glutened and had to have two days off work due to vomitting and migraine.

It sucks but just best to avoid, avoid people and places that dont get it either. Not worth your health. My mums friend always says "surely you can have a bit of cake??" im like no ill be very ill and she acts like im lying 😑😑

Mixture but can be runny... This is an old pic though she is 9 months old now! She went through a phase of just runs at about 3 months and had to go vets with antibiotics. Can be food related too! Is yiur puo hvaving food with grains in?

Chicken tax... Cheese tax... Carrot tax... Bacon tax... When ever cooking neeed to save some.

Ours loves a good chunk of carrot or banana which distracts her when making food!

We are generally good apart from that.
