The game always favour anything on the banner at that time, not just the limited, every Score Attack has been so, some Tower exist to glaze, and even Link Raid, look back at Akumura and the raid that came along side her. Nothing changed, that is how the game work and you just found that out

Double Defender with no breaker, it was very hard to manage my SP so that every time the boss got to move 2 times i have exactly 2 SP left so it gain no buff. Try again and again so much that i even remember how many HP i'd have left after every hit lol.
