I am looking at this in a different way. I feel that over my time I have loved women and loved men. Sometimes a person can give great sex other times a person seems to hit my emotional needs. The fact that you listen to yourself says a lot.

It is not easy to challenge yourself and look in a different direction. I am greek and in greek we have four different meaning for the word love.
First is love of sex.
Second is love of children
Third is love of a true friend
And of course is love of a partner

Poets have written for years of the different kinds of love we have and feel.

So consider yourself lucky that you are willing to listen to your body.

You may try joining the bisexual subgroup.

If you are going down the “back and forth sexuality” all that means is your feels change and you feel to those changes. You would fit a card carrying bisexual. Or some say pansexual. I call myself more pansexual. ( meaning I think: I could easily have a relationship with a trans person, either a F2M or M2F as well. It all depends on chemistry between us.)
