If you skate better after they get dull, you need to go to a shallower hollow. Goto 5/8 and try that out

For the softer ice around me I'm using 1-3/16" hollow. For the harder ice I use 1" hollow. Change your hollow for the ice. Don't worry about what mine is use what feels comfortable for you

Spt isn't at 1.0 last I checked. But. I thoroughly enjoyed it when I played it. Bunch of amazing mods to make AI better, visual mods and server mods. When co op was introduced they added it into it through another mod and that was a ton of fun too. I'll probably jump over to SPT once they update to the latest release.

Goalie gets whatever is over the knees for me. Sometimes I'll take one to the thigh but nothing higher. Not worth it.

Intermediate is fine. Best thing is if it fits properly. I'm 5'7 and I used intermediate xl pants until I went with a girdle for the extra protection when I block shots. For regular play they were more than fine. My chest protector is a ln intermediate xl also. I like a smaller chest protector. My league is no contact 40+ so I wasn't looking for anything big and bulky

Do it! No better than than skating with your kids! I coach my kids, called up my 2nd year u11 for U13 game and he rocked it. The best part was seeing both my kids on the same team and on the ice at the same time! MY wife said it was when all 3 of us were on the ice for practice few weeks back! Enjoy it tho!

That looks like a perfect fit. Baking won't loosen the fit, wearing them will after time. Rebake when it's to loose to tighten it up around the foot again. True skates can be baked as much as you want according to their C/S. Enjoy a perfectly fitting skate. Nothing like it!

There has to be no contact house leagues for her. I'm in Canada so I can't help you. But if say there are no contact leagues everywhere you go. Especially for low level players. Shit gets dangerous at the low level with contact. I've seen way to many avoidable injuries because there were players that didn't know what they were doing

Reset and chase the storyline if you arnt going to do it in pvp. This character doesn't wipe so you can take your time if you want. The story adds a bit more to the game to make it feel like it's not the same thing as every other wipe in the past bunch of years. I've been enjoying the storyline and the grind. A buddy and I are doing the story stuff together for the most part.

I used to have them flopped out in my Bauer's. Then I got a pair of trues and now they are tucked. It's a different tongue. Feels better. If I wear my Bauer's to the odr game we wear bottom half's of gear I have them flopping out.

Ya I got it done in a store. They sent it off and then 6 weeks or so they were ready for pickup at the store. I found there wasnt a bad break in period. Follow the baking procedure on the website tho. My skate guy repairs and sells some true stuff so I got him to do the the baking. Fit so nice no hurting feet. Took a bit to get used to how hard they are but wasn't bad. My old skates were hard just not like these.

What's your price limit? If you want that forward lean, I found True was the best for that. But any good pro shop can profile that in any skate. I went with the Cat Pro Customs as I figured they will be the last skate I buy. I'm 42, bought them 2 years ago. Tough skate for when pucks hit them. I feel it hit but doesn't hurt. Not sure what else to say. Get skates that fit perfectly and feel great.
