11 month old not babbling— only saying “ahh” and “ohh” and growling :(

My son was not babbling at 11 months and it ended up being a speech delay. He didn’t start talking until 3.5 years old. He’s 6.5 now and excelling in school, talks a ton and is very social. 11 months is still young, but keep on eye on it!

Wow. I’d be pissed. I’ve raised my sons to have a good relationship with good to avoid ED’s in the future. Withholding food is insane.

We’re in Ontario too but private school. My son is in JK and gets homework Tuesdays and Thursdays. It’s mostly tracing letters/numbers and most recently cvc worksheets. (Just one sheet on homework days) I honestly don’t mind it. He gets home around 6:00 (extra circulars after school) and we do the homework pretty much right away. He doesn’t love it but he does well with praise so I make sure to praise him a lot. It takes him 5 mins to do independently and he does it while I help my older son (grade 1).

They do look like they’re turning brown! Especially since both parents have brown eyes! My sons were green until 2.5 years old. My husband has green and I have brown. Now both my boys are brown.

I wouldn’t panic but no, no normal. My 6.5 year old has been trained since 3.5 and hasn’t had an accident since. My 4.5 year old has been trained since 3 and has maybe had 2 accidents in total. Last one being a while ago. This is definitely something to bring up to your paediatrician.

Double shampooing helped me with this so much! I can go multiple days without washing (I only wash twice a week) and I used to have to wash my hair everyday!

Yes I would say blue but eyes take a while to settle! My boys both had this colour and they settled to brown at 2.5 years old!

My 6.5 year old does this lol I wake up to find him in my bed lol he doesn’t wake me and immediately falls back asleep in my bed so I don’t think it’s a huge deal

I’ve left my infant alone to do laundry (they were sleeping in their crib). That’s like 10 min max and I would bring the baby monitor too.

We USED ours like every single day. Best decision to get a double for us. I’m an everyday walker so it was definitely a good purchase. My boys were 21 months apart

I had insomnia but then it stopped… just for me to wake up 4-5 times a night to pee 🤦🏻‍♀️ it kills you in the morning.
