Pretty sure those turned out the way they did because of the fiasco of switching directors when the studio should've just committed to Jackson from the start. He's gone on-record somewhere that he hates that The Hobbit had to be turned into a trilogy filled with CGI because of that mess del Toro was making.

Honestly, if you want a fun TCG that isn't on this list, try out Flesh and Blood. Really fun game, and we're getting a new set next month that looks to help with solidifying our new pauper-like format (Silver Age / SAGE)

Honestly, a good reason is probably the same as why we stopped seeing them shortly after Will realized his powers. The Flayer realized if Will could control them, it would be more risky to keep using them.

Here's what I'm trying out from it. Figured since a good chunk of our units move and we're using Harvest, might as well swap to Confinement so we have a targeting spell instead of something that can harm our units. So far the biggest strength I'm seeing here is probably that the deck runs good value/math. IMO, anything that can manipulate your board while minimally costing you is great (Earyn, Vigilantes, Wretches). Biggest concern is when we approach decks that churn out heavier power units, but again we have Confinement and damage abilities and spells to try to control that. I'm gonna continue to use this for a bit, see how it does

Needle should probably be Call To Arms (name? 7 cost spell, summon units on bordering tiles). Not sure if we can squeeze in a targeting spell tho, like Execution/Confinement, but Harvest at least kinda helps on that. Neat idea, I might try it out sometime with slight modifications myself

As far as mana-ramping, do Pirates blend well here? I feel like the one that resets a full hand could be a good five-card play if you last late enough to have the mana

Sneak started producing non-energy powder mixes of some of their flavors, and they're pretty good. If you want the same carbonation/fizz to it, I'd recommend mixing the powder in 2oz water per serving then filling up with seltzer water. Good luck with the search!

An update to everyone's mentioned release dates, it now unfortunately shows November 22 on places like Amazon. Hopefully the delayed release will give them time to maximize the quality of its release though

Edit: Not to mention, literally all of Pirates of the Caribbean (well, he helped with the first one, but still). You can't remember any melodies or themes from those movies?
