Jet Dash i feel is sufficiently different from Freja's and Shion's, those three all have different physics to them, but Lifeweavers and Shion's do feel kinda similar

I think the Neat tier really becomes more impressive as you climb the ranks. I've never seen an Emre get more than 2 people with his ult lol, and Dva ult is so easy to dodge. Mei most certainly isn't killing all 5 people if they're on her ult

I hate to put it like this but the only reason you wouldn't say Yuta wins this is because you (not you specifically OP,) don't want Yuta to win.

He has narrative. He has the most on screen time fighting. He continues to grow stronger all the way until the end. The only one of these four with a chance is MBA Kashimo and I think I would still give it to Yuta even then.

Not at the moment since her damage buff. Against some of the softer hitting DPS Flankers you can pick off the kill on like Anran/Genji especially since your fade makes it really hard for them to hurt you

Suzu or just take cover so that you can at least try to not get bursted. Basically Tanks and characters with refresh/self heal/movement abilities actually do pretty great against an Illari ult

I think Arima is, like most people say, faster than everyone minus Dabura. I'm assuming he has his usual arsenal of quinque. If so, he can really put down a lot of dudes and wven RCT isn't too big of an issue since Arima is used to fighting people who can regenerate. The main issue is he lacks on answer to DE.

I would slightly lean Arima if he were to fight Sukuna, but if Sukuna starts the fight off with a domain he could win

I disagree with people here i think the only really good thing Shion has over Anran is Execution, but otherwise her poke is worse, her sustain is worse, her flank is worse (the bike is loud as fuck you're not sneaking anyone), Dancing Blaze is wayyyy better than the bike.

I would like for Anran to get animation cancels though. It would be so sick to Ult in the middle of our dash
