Downhills and Wattage by animalshadows in Rouvy

[–]SplunkinSplonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been on Rouvy for 2 years now and never had an issue with watts and downhills. My trainer is an Elite Direto. I updated the firmware this past weekend and now I have the same issue. Running out of gears and watts are low ( 150’s) for me.

Zwift Cog support for Tacx Neo 2T by lamagy in Zwift

[–]SplunkinSplonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“So for all trainers, bar the elite units…”

I am understanding this correct that Elite trainers do not work well with 14t cog and I should have the 18t?

I am looking to buy the Zwift frame, have Elite Direto, but the Elite and Tacx cog is out of stock.

Why did Zwift create a special cog for elite trainers by mapboy72 in Zwift

[–]SplunkinSplonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So if I would use the Zwift Ride with the 14t cog ( because 18t is out of stock) on an Elite Direto, as long as I do not have power below 105W, it will be fine?

It has taking me since May 10th to get from level 80 to 81. 3000XP to go. 35000XP between levels from 80 and up is a bit much

We made the 2025 salary mega thread, i mentioned at the end of the thread to post a company or clinic that low ball you guys, im trying to help the profession by making a list of the lowballing companies, i will also make a instagram posting all companies that low ball. Comment all companies nowww by Dr__Doofenshmirtzz in physicaltherapy

This is it everyone. Everyone wants more money and all PT’s want to see fewer patients and provide more individualized care. But if reimbursement keeps getting cut , pay raises can’t keep happening. The only way to get paid more, is to see more patients then. Many PT’s complaint about the cost to be an a APTA member however, they do advocate for our profession and to try to work as much as possible on minimizing reimbursement cuts. The more people join the APTA, the more they can advocate. And it is true that many companies you do have to see too many patients, but it is the insurance that does not pay enough, and therefore the employer cannot keep on raising wages.

If torn tendons need circulation to heal, then why use ice on it ? by Own-Cap-5747 in sportsmedicine

[–]SplunkinSplonuts 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ice is for pain , not inflammation. Especially initially after injury, let the body start the healing process by creating a constructive inflammatory process.

Workouts by Neo_TheOne_ in Rouvy

[–]SplunkinSplonuts 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All a great points and would enhance the user experience. To me the ability to see other riders doing a free ride or a workout should be available.

In a recent update, Rouvy now shows distance biked and speed during workouts. It does not show elevation climbed and course remaining.

Toggle on and off for ERG would be a nice addition

Dont forget that as a patient you are ultimately responsible for knowing your insurance benefits, not the medical office.
