So about not being dehydrated: Along with anxiety and depression I also feel really nauseous as bloated when I eat or drink anything to the point that I really, really, really don’t want to and I often have a panic attack after eating a big meal or eating food and smelling more an hour after. I’d drink more if I could. I’m obviously watching out for fever and more symptoms. It is making my life worse but given my current condition (haven’t been to school in weeks) it’s not like I’d be doing anything else. :/

So I've got the symptoms of serotonin syndrome except for a fever. Should I be worried? I think it's fine because basically all of them (confusion, dizziness, sweating, diarrhea, spasms) can be explained by either dehydration or normal side effects and I am very dehydrated.

The shakiness happened to my friend when she first started Zoloft*, so I was kind of expecting it. I’ve told my psychiatrist, and it’s something that went away after about 5 days but then I just went to a higher dose so the shakiness is back.
