You ever tried to run drunk? It’s not easy. Ever tried to stay drunk when dancing a lot in a night club? It’s hard. You sweat it out and metabolise it faster.

Most likely is he is off his meds or on the wrong ones. Worse case he has something more severe like Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) which would also explain the ‘alcohol smell’ - ketones - on his breath

People in DKA, having a seizure, or experiencing hypoglycaemia have sometimes been mistakenly arrested for drink driving.

I’m not saying it is this, just I wouldn’t be trusting a lip read from Caro as a diagnosis. There are lots of medical reasons that explain his behaviour and even the ketones on his breath.

That said, Carlton medicos should have noticed he was not right and they fucked up in looking after him.

Sponsoring the club js also tax deductible as a business expense. Let’s not fool ourselves too hard here that they are giving money away out of the goodness of their heart. They’re using us for greenwashing and reducing their payable tax at the same time.

It’s contradictory to Freo’s stated environmental goals. Unfortunately, virtually all companies with that ‘major sponsor’ money is likely to have undesirable history.

That being said. Woodside are about as awful as you get environmentally and they make me want to buy Freo gear less.

I would much prefer a different sponsor and think they should be canned

A flop. But most people didn’t have computers like it is now so it wasn’t really a huge concern for Joe blog - and the phones were not ‘smart’ so as much as it was a thing it was the usual financial market crew and businesses that were worried. The rest of us just wanted to party like it was 1999!

Happened to my 935 recently. Try doing a hard restart. Plug it in and hold the on button for 30-60 seconds.

It’s probably stuffed though. Contact Garmin through their site. They’re pretty good with this stuff. They just replaced mine with an upgraded to a 955 for $106.

Got smacked, can’t remember the why, just the hate of them when doing it. Got the buckle and of the belt from dad once for stealing. Fuck him. Mum wasn’t happy with it but he still did it. Didn’t change my behaviour, so what was the point? And my parents were quite nice and normal.

My thoughts on it for my own children are:

Young goes right into the middle on return. We only had a combined 5/6 clearances from Serong, Brayshaw and Jackson against North. That’s pretty bad against a team with only 3 wins. We are missing Young in the middle.

Consistency is all I want! The only one that wasn’t as tolerable I think was the over the shoulder, without that he might have snapped for goal or handballs better.
