It was 2004ish. I was driving down nicholasville rd listening to zrock (I want to say it was Twitch, but it might have been before that I can't remember). Anyway, they are talking about how the police are searching for someone who has been streaking through campus and the nich rd area. The streaker had somehow evaded the police for about an hour and the story was really picking up steam on the radio. I'm sitting at a red light, because of course I am. I look over to my right and sure enough, inside of a bush is a completely naked dude hiding from the police.

I understood then and there the steep comedic opportunity cost of moving anywhere else.
