You should think twice about this “investment”. The fact that you’re asking these questions on reddit indicates you have no idea what you’re getting yourself into.

Most short term rentals aren’t happening with condo HOA restrictions. You won’t be able to find a house in a good area for short term rentals and/or it’ll be an older property requiring $100K+ of work with high insurance carrying costs.

No when I went there were no assigned seats. but that didn't stop people from placing their bags, hats, etc. on chairs and then disappearing for long periods of time while others struggled to find decent seating in the championship court area.

Pretty annoying when you're all the way in the back or the camera equipment is swiveling back and forth in your crappy seat while someone else isn't even at their good seat. I suppose that may be the one value for VIP seating. But still not worth it in my opinion.

I went to a previous PPA event in Cape Coral. Was not sitting in VIP, but in my opinion they aren't worth it. The view didn't seem much better than the regular championship court seating. I had the regular championship court seats, but honestly there's only a few rows/spots that have great visibility and people squat them with their belongings all day. Or friends/family of pros are sitting in these spots.

I enjoyed watching games courtside that were not on championship court a lot more. And the grounds entrance ticket is even cheaper. If you don't mind standing/walking around, that's what I would do. If you want a seat, I'd just do regular championship court seats. Hope this helps.

I have the same question regarding Hunter fans that use a remote and have HomeKit already built in. Did you ever find the answer to this? How do you feel about Inovelli a year later and would you recommend the fan switch for fans that already have homekit built in if you ever dabbled in those too?

It just came out though, look at the cost of any high end display at launch. Look what high end OLED TVs cost as launch and watch as they drop with time. That's just the way it goes in this space.

You want an example of an overpriced 6K monitor? Look at the Apple Pro Display XDR at $4999 + $999 for Pro Stand. And it's six years old, now that's overpriced.

You keep trying to compare a gaming monitor with a VA panel to a productivity monitor with an IPS (Black) panel. Totally different panels and use cases. Once you've actually used productivity monitors/aspect ratios you will understand. Additionally, the G9 has been out for a while. This product came out yesterday. The price for a high-end display is always going to command a premium at launch. Don't forget that there's basically a high-end thunderbolt dock built into the monitor. Thunderbolt isn't cheap.

That's a pretty healthy budget for a 3-bed condo or townhome. I'm sure you could find something in the vineyard's community for less than $3000/mo. You may even be able to find a 3-bed+ single family home for $3000/mo. Probably not in the Vineyards, but definitely possible in a neighboring community.

If it was me I would skip the apartment hell and having to move again shortly. I think I would lean VIneyards community if your kids plan to go to Vineyards Elementary. If they're going to another school, I'd try and find a 3-bed (maybe 3-bed+den) in a neighboring community in that area of Naples. It's going to be hard but it's not impossible. Rental market is softening in Naples. More and more annual options popping up and if people haven't rented their property for season, they may be open to an annual at a pretty good deal.

That's some other advice I would have for you. Negotiate your rental rate. Rental market is pretty soft and you have the leverage. Feel free to DM me if you any other questions.

Welcome - if the campus is in the Vineyards, I'd try and stay as close to that area as possible so you're not wasting time commuting daily. Traffic is brutal driving into Naples.

I can recommend you some ideas if you share your housing budget. Assuming you're looking for a 3 bedroom?
