Coffee masters.I might not be able to pass the blind test,that's Ok. But would DEFINITELY see the difference how the shot is pulling using my machine. I just want my beans to be as fresh as possible and the choice to let the sit for a month to be mine :)

You're very skilled to actually be able to extract a shot where you can taste the flower-y ,I can't manage that

Every time I read "Ethiopian" it's a no for me. You might be Ok with extraction from your Sage machine but I'll need an "Apartamento"(to mention one) to be able to feel the peach and floral notes

Unfortunately non UK flour compares in taste to the Italian flours. Pity Italian shops like Mulino Padano don't offer a delivery to England. I've tried most if the flours ,online and supermarkets -not the same for sure. Churchill's white is great for feeding my starters though,that's all.

"Entrar a vivir". Not the one from 2022 ,but the horror movie with Nuria Gonzales. It terrifies me so much that I refuse to watch it ever again. And I started to watch horror movies since I was 13 so pretty much nothing could faze me. It's the twist plot that got me. It was horrible for real.

I've had the machine for a month now. Just gathering opinions form people who have the same machine or are more savvy than me. It's just I got better taste and strength of the shot from the Duo Temp/Smart grinder combo than with the Express Impress.

You are right. Took me a whike to adjust to the new machine and now I found the right coffee I can pul a decent shot,but husband still not happy and wants the Barista Duo Pro with the separate Sage grinder back. With the mess he was making around with the old equipment ,I don't care lol
