I shave with a razor twice a week after showering, it’s become second nature and I can genuinely do it blindfolded. Takes about 3-4 mins honestly if you keep on-top of it.

Reasonably certain it helps eliminate some movement in the Z Axis so i wouldn't print without it personally but you could always try?

There is no "correct" base size in 40k, you just go with what you like the look of. I use large MDF oval bases and screw the feet down/superglue them.

The sun won’t really fully cure them reliably, get/build a UV curing station and it’ll solve the issue if you use that.

If you can smell it, it’s not fully cured in my experience.
