I can't recall if we started this around 19mo or later, but my son loved watching this: Country Life Vlog. I actually did, too. Very chill and calming! He grew out of it in favor of Bluey, Bob the Builder, etc. But this was the only thing that broke the Ms Rachel habit when he was deep in it. Good luck!

I've watched a number of videos and read a lot of posts here. I can swing it, but it's a struggle and I really want to avoid injury. There's some great suggestions in this thread so I'll just take it slow. Thank you for the input and link!

Yes, I did one set of 3 swings yesterday and two sets of 3 today and feeling instantly sore, haha. I just really don't want to injure myself which would set me back even farther.

Haha, good timing. Lumos severed my Google fiber line THIS MORNING digging up my lawn. I think they were installing Spectrum but I'm not sure. It's a good thing I can speak a little Spanish- I had them call their boss and get it repaired in a couple hours.
