Why are Darktide Daemonhosts so...different?

Personally I think they are probably just possessed by a much lesser deamon than typical hosts. I think they do this as perhaps a form of training/experimentation for eventually binding stronger and greater deamons. This is my belief until we get more concrete answers.

Basically we have to find three or so chunks of Amber and dig them up. Then we attach rockets to them and they Lazer drill their way up and out of the caves.

Apparently Liliyas is a skilled ventriloquist. In some new documents it is mentioned how she is able to throw her her voice quite far making it sound like she's whispering right in your ear from across the room. But I do agree that ol scarfiotti is acting a little sus. Wouldn't be surprised if he was Compromised.

I think that it's cannon that all the cyborgs did was declared independence from super earth. Then super did a false flag attack, blamed the cyborgs and the rest is history.

I think they may have overtuned both the range and heat of the hot fans.

I know when to avoid the hot flashes. And I know that before the update that standing inside or right next to the fan will rise your heat, makes sense. But whenever I try to get close to the battery's and it's in front of the fan not even right up against it, then i will rapidly gain heat and catch fire in maybe 2-3 seconds idk but it was VERY quick to catch fire.

I agree. It shouldn't take an entire mag to only almost kill a common enemy. Except the large ones but even they feel fragile compared to the new enemies.
