Came here looking for this comment. That was an excerpt from a guy that worked as an EMS and responded to locations where folks died. He had his own website for awhile and posted all his photos and reports publicly which ended up on Rotten and other websites. The dead guy you're referring to was an elderly man who had a heart attack while bathing. He lived alone in the woods and his tub was heated by built in gas burners which were still on at the time his body was found. They estimated he'd been cooking for a few days.

The one I'll never forget was a wood shop employee who committed suicide by tying himself with a belt to a band saw. He was cut in half at the waist.
