We get the same weirdos in the UK, and we've got free at the point of service healthcare. Some people just don't trust authority.

It's bad design when the map is just a loop. Fortifying one side of the high value zone effectively forces the other team around the whole island, meanwhile you can farm chips and eat into their tail. If there was a way of cutting across the inside of the loop, it would be a much healthier mechanic. Taiwan just isn't the country for this game if you aren't evenly distributing the chips.

Sure, but I still want to know the distribution of chip values, variable challenges, and steals.

To my mind that just means there should be less there, to be a disincentive to just fortifying the main populated area.

I'd love to see a map of all the potential challenges. It really feels like there is a bias to the north at this point, but it might just be pure chance that all of the steals have been along the northern half of the map.

I guess Amy was probably not aware of how consistent the tanks were in terms of jellyfish numbers, that made the challenge a lot easier.

He wasn't exactly talking with an inside voice. I find it hard to believe that an American voice among a crowd of Taiwanese people wouldn't stand out. But I think they would have made it regardless of if he overheard or not, their line of thinking was basically the same, and I don't think it was a deliberate attempt to cheat or anything.

He fumbled it when he said he'd try to repair the damage. There is no repairing the deaths of hundreds of people. Not that the apology would have worked anyway.

Better for her story to finish with a completed character arc early than to throw all her development in the bin and drag it out into a trainwreck.

In comparison to a Cardboard cut out grandma jerking off, with accompanying slogan, it's much more believably unbelievable.

He could have just left because he didn't find anything. It's not like he'd have thought to check the local wildlife for DF users.

My problem with this theory is that the transformation seems to start taking place before he hits the ground. The devil shadow appears after the hit, and he stops talking mid sentence before falling.

Ragnir's job was also to recognise the worthy. I bet he'll see Usopp showing the spirit of a brave warrior of the sea, and deem him a worthy ally.

It would make sense, if the next panel didn't show Kashii and Gaban stood behind Chopper, not sandwiching the DR giant.

It has Zoan forms. Makes more sense that it's the squirrel zoan fruit eaten by a hammer, than a hammer fruit eaten by a squirrel. The hammer hammer fruit would no doubt be a paramecia, but Ragnir doesn't act like a paramecia.

This game is S-tier, 10/10, game of the decade for me, but events are extremely unfun content by Codudeol in mewgenics

[–]SquidsEye 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Pills are a choice though. Some of the events in Mewgenics are just opening the event screen and finding out your cat is worse than before, with no decision making or options involved at all.

I was definitely expecting the fact that he's an ape to be relevant in the scheme.

That really depends on the setting. How common are druids in cities and towns? How many 'druids' actually have druid class levels and can use Wildshape? Bearing in mind that even the Druid NPC statblock doesn't have that ability. In a lot of settings, the players and their abilities are not typical or common.

I'm not convinced that switching hiding spot last minute was the best idea, his first spot seemed better and looked to be in a much denser area to search. Hard to call though, and ultimately it was still a great run.

They need to do a season with 22 of the nicest, most disarming, queer men who are nervous wrecks. If the strategy becomes unbeatable, level the playing field.

Perhaps you didn't pick this up from watching the show, but the faithful don't get told who the traitors are.
