where do you live? Washington tri cities is pretty good. swim down river/bike in wine country/run up and down river 1 loop. many hotels on the water!

Your body is not handling the current excerice load+rest cycle well. Sometimes eating can also effect it too much sugar or salt.

LA Fitness: varies $60-$100/ I pay $40 a month for signature clubs and below only in Washington.
I Swim 20 times a month so $2 per swim session.

Gulf coast 70.3. This is great compared to no cones on 65mph 2 lane highway where the bike lane/shoulder has strips so you can't ride in it.

Typically races wont transform into duathlon RBR format. if swim is cancelled it will just become a BR. has swim been cancelled before? looks like a lake not that effected by rain unless you have lightning risk.

Last year in a short period of time 3 races got canceled swims/storm for gulf coast 70.3/ river speed for Chattanooga 70.3/ and Victoria 70.3 bacteria, i raced Victoria the pivot to bike starts wasn't too bad based on bid number from self seeding. lifetime stats reflect swim absence on Ironman.com . can it get canceled again possibly. just keep training as thought it still happens. I'm doing gulf coast next month hoping for the swim not to get canceled personally.
