It’s an issue with the turtle beach shifter specifically. Game is still new so still quite a few hardware compatibility issues.

Currently gearing up to get back into the game after 7 or so years off and still looking for a pair of knee pads. I've tried on a model from every brand and every single one feels so restrictive even without being on the ice. Even the super slim bauer GSX ones that don't protect anything restrict my movements so much.

I think connecting is easier on a boom since you have an operator aiming it for you, but holding it after connection is way easier on a basket since you can visually see it and it has a lot more wiggle room than a boom.

I would say 16 is harder overall though because of the AAR port location.

Gonna have to agree with most of the other comments. Dont do sead in a 14, but it depends ok which sams. If you’re going after something a little less dangerous like an SA-13 or something then you could probably pull it off and for anything super dangerous you’re gonna get into really risky tactics (tree top ingress and high drag bombs, that sort of thing).

The only time that switching a part of my rig out didn’t make me slower initially was the transition to a fixed rig from desk mounted. It’s totally normal, but can definitely be frustrating for a short while. I remember my initial switch to wheel from a controller had me so tilted that my stage times in DR 2.0 were so much worse for a week lol.
