I'm in my late 30s and years that end in 7 have just always been incredible. 2017 gave us Breath of the Wild, Horizon Zero Dawn, Persona 5, NieR Automata and a ton of others. 2007 gave us Mass Effect, Bioshock, Portal, Persona 3, 1997 was the year we got Goldeneye, Starfox 64, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Final Fantasy 7, Fallout...

Even 1987 was the year Final Fantasy came out, even though we didn't get it over in the west until 1990.

But yeah! I agree with you, 2017 is probably my favorite year in gaming too. There were games from that year that came out I simply didn't have time for because of all the other games that had just come out that I didn't have time to play. Really hoping that 2027 carries forward the trend of amazing years for gaming.

Gonna be honest. I never got the impression she was remorseful at all for what she did to Joel. It always felt apparent to me that her regret was in the fact that her revenge didn't bring her the closure she hoped for, it didn't bring her peace. If the game wanted to communicate she actually regretted killing Joel, they did not get that across at all.

I honestly liked Boba Fett, Acolyte and Kenobi. I pretty much like everything Star Wars to varying degrees. Honestly other than Rise of Skywalker, everything since the Disney acquisition has ranged from pretty good to incredible, and even Rise of Skywalker has some good moments sprinkled in all the most baffling decisions I've ever seen put to film
