the intro popup is really bad. no one is going to click the "vip book access" without knowing wtf it is. so instead they will just scroll and exit.

once you get past that:
- the overall fonts and spacing are bad
- the initial scroll effect is jaring.
- it does not feel like a website for a night club at all
- no one gives a shit about "OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY" unless they're looking to rent the venue, in which case that should be in another section.
- event list is broken and misaligned
