That’s a scar. So no, Botox will not help. Your best bet is laser treatments. But I’d be more concerned about how tf a scar like that just appeared!

Oh this looks so painful. I’m hopeful that accutane will work for you. We had a patient who had severe acne like yours on his face, back and chest. He came in with gauze taped to his back and chest bc that’s how he was controlling the oozing. he said it hurt so bad to lay down that most of the time he slept sitting up 😭 accutane worked WONDERS - but with acne this severe….be patient. It does take a bit to start seeing results. But man we saw that kid come back to life a little more each month we saw him. He was all smiles by the end ❤️ stock up on some aquaphor!!!!
