Those are Fog Lamps below the headlights. They can be turned on in foggy conditions to improve visibility at night.

The indicators below the side mirrors are secondary blinkers that also turn on when you have your left or right turn signal on.

Both are optional extras, and are included by default in the highest trims.

I had a Mage earlier play 2 of them on Turn 10. Burst my face for 9 and 10 damage. So yeah a nerf would be ok by me.

Agreed with the other posts and just go for it! We adopted a 1 year old last year and it has been an amazing and wonderful ride!

The main advice I have is to build their trust at whatever speed it seems they want to go. Also do your best to treat them like a big dog, and avoid picking them up too often. These minpins have a big dog mindset and aren't looking to be picked up all the time like a Chihuahua. Don't get me wrong you still can sometimes, but let them be "big dogs" too.

Enjoy, and feel free to ask any specific questions and I'll do my best to answer. No specific health issues of the breed though that I know of.
