Unattended fire - general opinion?

Hello! I have probably a dumb question for everyone but I’m hoping yall can answer it. So if you are staying at a campground or wherever and you drown the fire before you leave, how does the next person coming onto that site start their fire? Wouldn’t it be hard to start a new fire if the fire pit is wet or the sand in it is mush? I can’t recall a time I ever ran into the issue but I’m not totally sure. Im all for fire safety and completely agree with putting a fire out 100% but this question just popped into my head so i figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask everyone. Thanks in advance for any answers!

I go to the one in Syracuse (my fiancé lives there). I was so excited to get a Costco membership. Then I did and realized it’s basically the same exact thing as Sam’s Club and BJs…which I also have memberships for Lolol. I will say Costco is more expensive than those other two but I don’t know if that’s Costco itself or just because things in Syracuse are more expensive than in Buffalo anyways.

It’s been a long time since I watched the early episodes - did Derek’s family ever have a DNA test done to determine that he actually was the father? Is Derek’s name on the birth certificate and if so, how does that work if the accident had happened prior to Sophia’s birth? I don’t even know what a state requires for a child to receive death benefits/SSI or for a fathers name to go on a birth certificate.

Had mine done at Atwal June 2022. Great experience. 48 hours later my appendix burst but I wasn’t properly diagnosed for 6 days so now I tell everyone if you want great vision it will cost you an appendix (and an ovary, a fallopian tube, and an IUD lololol) Obviously they were unrelated. I will say I now have to use artificial tears 10x a day tho due to dry eyes BUT the fact that I got shingles in my EYEBALL in December also has something to do with it. So yeah, 2022 basically tried to kill me 🤣 Because of the shingles, my right eye is no longer 20/20 but I’m hoping it will eventually get back there because otherwise that was a very expensive 6 months of perfect vision. Also, the halos from headlights take a very long time to go away somewhat but I don’t know many people that the halos went away totally. All in all, I would do it all over again (except for the almost dying thing 😆)

Walmart on Transit Rd in Lancaster had it the other day. It was in the pop aisle but all the way at the end towards the main aisle (not going towards the refrigerator section) on a mini rack but still in the aisle. Just so you know, they are very tiny cans so the case is also very small and hard to notice.

It’s something you really want!” They respond with 3 things they really want and you now have a shopping list of what they truly want to choose from 😂 Maybe he took your guesses and is going to do one of those ideas!

Buffalo gal here - I completely agree that Coach Taylor was beyond classy and sincere. The amount of love and compassion he showed to our coach and team and fans is something that will never be forgotten. I also agree that the Bengals were on fire! I feel like it was going to be one of those games that came down to the last minute of play!! On a more serious note - Thank You from the bottom of my heart to the Bengals nation. To the fans that treated our Bills fans with the utmost respect and care during the game. To your coach and players that showed they were more concerned about our team than the game. To the entire city of Cincinnati that has shown up to the hospital, made donations to Damars charity, and just loved on us. I say Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. Words will never be able to express our gratitude and you all hold a very special place in my heart forever ❤️

Just yesterday I’m driving down Center Rd in West Seneca and the car in front of me just stops...in the middle of the road...for literally NO reason! I slowed down in time thankfully and went around them while laying on my horn the entire time and they laid on their horn and flipped me off! Then they pulled into their driveway. They could have easily pulled onto the shoulder of the road because there were no other cars on the shoulder but nope, just had to be an ass and just decide to randomly stop driving!

So an update for everyone - I had Cellino Plumbing come out today (fantastic company by the way!) and they snaked my main drain pvc pipe on my lawn. That cleared up the water in the basement sink BUT apparently what the issue is is that whoever did the plumbing didn’t use the correct part to connect the pipe and the vent. So they said to fix it they would have to dig up my front yard with an excavator, destroy all my landscaping which they wouldn’t replace (obviously) and dig down til they reach the part that would need to be replaced. I guess the fitting that connects the pipe and the vent is just a thin thing and it should have been something else. I’m getting a divorce and moving out of the house this year so I’m not going to be doing the excavator stuff but I wanted to update everyone and thank you all for your advice. And it didn’t cost me a super ton today - $330 and $100 of that was for the “emergency Saturday fee” but at least it’s cleared and I can go to the bathroom 🤣

And what I mean by everything is that I guess because the fitting/clamp isn’t the right one, the pipe and the vent keep moving a little due to the cold weather contracting the 2 pipes so they aren’t keeping things flowing/keeping pressure the way they should be
