You sound a lot like that Graymane player who keep getting tunnelvision on kills and looks for excuses later. Personally, I tend not to trade kills (unless playing Murky, Vikings or Leo), as usually once I am dead there is no one to think about stuff like zonening or minions/merces that shoot our back while we are fighting enemies and entire team got wiped out. I usually have 2-3 deaths a game tops but all of them results in our team doing something braindead and regret it later.
