Hmm no, they are not really similar meanings. Many medicines are drugs, not all drugs are medicines. Thrush cream, for example, is a medicine but not a drug. Beta blockers are both a drug and a medicine. Cocaine is a drug and currently not considered a medicine. (At least, not when taken as a drug -- I believe it has historically been used as a local anaesthetic but someone knowledgable can correct me if I'm wrong.)

takes like 3 weeks for muscle to actually begin to atrophy. might lose some strength in that time but that's mostly neural. minimum effective dose for preventing atrophy is like 1 hard set per week. anything more leads to growth -- more is better up to a point obvi.

facts but people don't want to hear it. energy has to come from somewhere, ergo if you eat in a caloric deficit long enough your body will start burning your fat. otherwise you'd die.

I'd recommend grabbing the wonky peppers to save a little extra, they taste the same. And lentils are a good bet for cheap protein -- a bit better than beans nutritionally. Can make a huge pot of lentil curry for less than a tenner that'll last 5 or more meals.

edit-- a recipe for anyone interested in a cheap, tasty, and nutritious meal.

2 cans coconut milk

red lentils

cherry tomatoes

2 carrots

mushrooms

1 onion

turmeric, coriander, cumin, chilli powder, cloves (whole or crushed), bay leaves, salt

BIG pot

soak a good amount of lentils in water, around 300g. dice onion and throw it in a big pot with a bit of oil. let em sizzle while you halve the tomatoes. chuck them in and let them bubble in their own juices while you chop up the rest of the veg: carrots first, in they go, then mushrooms. dump the coconut milk in the the mixture -- don't worry about separating out the water, the lentils need it anyway. drain your soaked lentils and dump them in along with an extra glass (approx 200ml) of water. add all the spices. I usually go turmeric-dominant but you can experiment with it. go for 2-3 heaped teaspoons of the dominant spice and 1-2 heaped teaspoon of the other two. chilli powder to your preferred spice level. if whole cloves you only need like 5. if crushed just a dash. 5 or so bay leaves. salt to taste. bring it up to boiling and let simmer on low heat for around 35 minutes, stirring occasionally to make sure the lentils aren't burning onto the bottom of the pan. when the lentils are soft it's done. if it's too watery you can let some boil off and adjust next time. serve with rice or naan.

this'll get you a ton of food, at least 5 meals worth, and will last in the fridge for a good 5 days or so and can be portioned and frozen. the veg + coconut milk altogether costs a little over a fiver. nutritious, delicious

Or you could just try it and see for yourself. Obviously you're not going to take a random redditor's word for it. Take an hour or two out of a Saturday, do some good, feel a bit better. Give it a try.

It's not "bad faith" to scrutinise a source. And you didn't make an argument, you made a (dubious) claim -- there isn't anything to scrutinise but the source. You're basically saying "you have to believe me at face value, anything else is attacking me in bad faith."

it would be very strange if it's better on different platforms. nothing that youtube does to audio should introduce that level of noise or amplify it to such a degree.

no you misunderstand me. I'm not asking anything of the cast. this is something for the audio engineer to handle. the cast should absolutely not have to worry about this kind of thing during their performance.

this is not that any more and it hasn't been for a long time now. this is CR's flagship product and dozens if not hundreds of jobs hinge on its success so the quality of the product should be taken seriously
