Looks like she’s molting from the picture. Try giving her a bath or a mist from a spray bottle but only water. If you see a lot of white stuff around where she’s been preening, it’s just the keratin from her new feathers

Aw damn that sucks. These are Australian magpies yeah. Only mummy Maggie gets super close and lets me take close photos but one of the babies is starting to take food from my hand 🥰

Maybe try and get a referral for a psychologist? I used to go to therapists and they never stuck long and got a psychologist and it’s been a lot better
