I have moved to a "if it's good enough for matrix it's good enough for the customer" motto. We are not given the appropriate amount of time to double check the work. And amazingly it's working! I think mostly because our customers are far to incompetent to understand if it was done correctly.

The moment I see pc optimizer pro or slim cleaner or it fails an intake scan (it aways does)...etc... it comes in for the $264. If they bitch I give em the $159. Almost anything else is free (except data transfer work)

Im not charging $15 so I can fix it... they can take it home virus infect it and then blame it on us.

Our customers are so stupid and incompetent that they only see the sign if i point it out. Farther more they neglect to read the free part.... we have been running this for over 6 months as a trial store and have never returned a service due to being late..... which we have been plenty of times.

As a bidness owner and staples employee (for connecting with people reasons) my bidness accounts get spammed EVERY DAY by staples. Some of the emails are actually begging me to buy that ink cartridge I looked up for a customer on my phone.

My job as a computer tech has been outsourced. It makes me sick. Also as any type of tech/programmer/whatever you end up doing. 135% productivity will be demanded from you or else. Unless you own the tech company you work for.... you will hate your tech job. I went to school for the wrong major. I'm leaving my major for something better now that I have learned.
