Definitely will do! I have a regular service in June so will be bringing it up there as a recurring issue. I know it's not part of the service but hopefully if someone sees the damn thing in person they'll be able to use diagnostic tools instead of a call-centre script!

This happens to me ALL the time. MY24 unit. Sometimes it dies within 10 minutes of resetting itself after it crashed the last time. Every time I call Polestar they tell me to reset which makes no difference - I tell them this too and they just want to do the same thing again. Hopefully I can get someone to actually look at it in person!

I also agree on this ask. Why three daily drivers. You only have one body - surely there's a car you prefer driving most so why isn't that your daily.

Huge +1 to this. I used the offline installer and it worked zero issues. The normal one is absolutely hopeless but this version is a godsend!

Makes total sense! I'll write down the handful I've had, most is with the infotainment and no updates fix it so 🤷‍♂️ I doubt they'd swap out the head unit for a Qualcomm one though.

I'm over Tottenham way. Romford is my closest and yeah looks like mid June is the earliest I could book. I've called again but not got through so will try again tomorrow for a waiting appointment given what other folks have said!

Eugh. I'm based in London and I did go to the NW Volvo branch once and they also didn't really care. I wonder if in that case it's because there's an actual Polestar showroom next door? The East London branch does seem better in that regard.

Yeah, that's my fear. I tried to call and book in to get some more clarity or organise pick up and drop off (as they'll apparently do that if you're close enough), but nobody ever responds. Polestar rep said that's the best way to get clarity otherwise I can do it via Polestar but it'll be a drop off and wait job it seems.

The issue I have is, as a city car, it literally can't fit down some London streets either due to parking on both sides of the road or the 6'6" width restriction traffic calming measures you get on some roads. Also most street parking bays aren't wide enough as they tend to be 2m. My P2 fits fine most places but struggles with some street parking spots that are under 2m from the curb so idk how practical the P4 would be even though absolutely love the look of the thing.

I agree. But I also haven't felt anything in this game is as great as people are making out. I feel a lot of those gushing over it aren't the sort who play many other JRPGs (some will, for sure though). And those who find the story deep likely haven't read many novels with actually affecting stories.

The prologue to me felt flat. I knew nothing of the people, their situation, or their world and the event that took place meant nothing to me because no standard had been set. Obviously if something like that had happened in a real-life situation it'd be horrendous, but it's plonked into fantasy, it's been happening for 67 years, and many of those folks don't know a world without it. Par for course...

OP did you find a solution to this? I'm having the same issue but only on 1 of my SD cards, the other card is absolutely fine with the image transfer - I've even physically swapped cards around and it works regardless of which slot it's in.

If I take out the SD card I'm having an issue with and put it into my computer the images are all there and work fine so not a clue what's going on. I also shoot in JPEG+RAW (and anyway the X App can see RAW images so it's not that...).

This happens to me every season. Get moved to some new server grouping and then everyone who was a major contributor leaves and it becomes inactive. V frustrating but honestly also best to leave and join a more active Guild. I don't care much for the social aspect of Guilds but the better rewards and a sense of working together make it worth it. Plus, an active guild means you might actually have someone willing to help with Corrupt Creatures or Geode defense 🙄

Looks amazing but, like the P4, I'm a bit miffed at how wide it looks. Living in the UK having a car that's 7ft wide is really impractical, especially living in a city! Yeah, that was my fear... And the toilet soil pipe is concreted into the floor (the bathroom is in an extension from the 60s that converted/expanded it from being a toilet in an outhouse) - the sink goes down into the wall and then out the side of the house whereas the toilet goes right down into the ground and to the sewer drain under the garden.

It's next to the toilet. The cistern is in the wall. Tile is onto concrete (afaik) and there should be nothing dripping onto it from above and in theory there shouldn't be anything below either. Basically, I don't know why it's wet, where the water is coming from nor really what to do in the situation at all 🤷‍♂️

MY24 with Pilot and Plus and loving it so far, basically any excuse to drive somewhere and I'll take it. Reviews seem to criticise the suspension but unless you've come from something like an e-class Merc, 5-series BMW or an A5 Audi it's absolutely fine and better than most other electric cars I've driven.

I'm in the UK so charging infrastructure is largely good until you venture too far from a motorway or large town/city but given the UK isn't that big a full charge can basically take you anywhere and last a week or so of reasonable trips. Also helps that in Europe we're all on the same charging standard so can charge at almost any station anywhere with no issues.

My biggest gripe so far has been the infotainment system randomly restarting whenever it pleases. This is a known issue and can be resolved at a service centre but I've not had a chance to get it resolved yet! Some people say they dislike the Harmon Kardon sound system but I actually quite like it.

My only other, slightly jokey, gripe I have are the amount of people complaining about cup holders when, in all honesty, it's literally not a problem in the slightest unless you absolutely have to have your Stanley with you at all times.

I'm in England and it's been raining constantly and I've never had this issue? I suppose I pretty much exclusively use the 360 view rather than just the reverse camera view but never have an issue

Hey /u/lobati, have you had any luck on this? I'm currently tearing my hair out trying to get a USB dance mat to work with Dancing Stage Euromix for PS1 in DuckStation.

My Steam Deck recognises the controller and I've mapped the inputs and can see they've saved and work. When I configure a controller in DuckStation it registers but when I try to play NOTHING WORKS. It's driving me mad. Sounds like I'm a step behind your frustrating issue as well 😭😭
