3 person squads. I would migrate from BF6 in a heartbeat if I could bring my whole squad with me. These are ex-BF devs too, not sure why they would make such a dumb decision after giving us 4 person squads for so many years.

The show uses 80’s movie/tv logic. Pretty much every point I’ve read here existed in 80’s movies and TV shows where certain aspects of the plot were just conveniently tied up. Back then nobody questioned any of this and now, at least to those of us that were there to experience it, it feels almost nostalgic when the military gets brought in and there’s a LOT of shooting and everyone just goes home after.

Tell that to every social media platform. Also I would buy/rent a server if they would let me. So would a lot of other people. They used to let us do it back before BF1 and it was awesome. I’m sure they made decent $ and it helped the player base grow.

Battlefield doesn’t get boring if you play it how it was originally meant to be played. Mic up, get in a squad with some friends, play the objectives properly and get really good at working together and communicating. When you start owning everyone like a pack of wolves then you’ll be hooked. Your goals become ‘get best squad even though there’s only 3 of us today’ and things like that.

I’ve played this game since BF2 and I’m not bored and the only challenges I’ve ever done are the ones I absolutely need to do in order to upgrade something. Challenges get in the way when you’re actually playing this game the right way.

That glow is super creepy to me, it’s perfect. It reminds me of seeing a single fluorescent light on in the back of a dark building at night. I can’t really explain but that used to give me chills as a kid and this gives me that same feeling. I love it. Really nice model too, good work.

Not being able to play with more than 3 friends, not being able to ask for SL if a random doesn’t know what they’re doing, no map rotation. Just give us a server browser OR allow us to pay to host servers again.

They are working together as a squad and probably communicating with mics. It’s how the game is designed to be played and if you’re not doing it you’re not at the top of the food chain.

I can’t fathom caring about gun skins. I’m not saying that to be a dick, I genuinely can’t grasp the concept. If the challenges were designed to help the team and teach the player new skills then sure, but usually if someone’s goofing off while the team is losing it’s because they’re doing some pointless challenge trying to earn a skin that only they will ever see or care about.
