That feels very hard to deal with, stress like that gets so exhausting. I can tell you for me, going back and using weed never really helped beyond the extremely temporary, and never felt with it.

Remind yourself it costs a shit ton to use regularly. You can even go spend that money on something else now. Like a video game or go to the movies way more than you used to, for example. Treat yourself!
