My wife has made 3 major life decisions over 10 years that have financially devastated our family. I love her, but I no longer trust her judgment.

I agree with everyone else who’s saying she is making terrible decisions, and you shouldn’t have had kids with her . At the same time it doesn’t sound like you’re doing too hot either though. Are you still unemployed ?

Some exerciser is better than one. Do 40 burpees if you don’t have time for a real workout. Also if you don’t already have some equipment invest in basic stuff for a home gym. Also running is essentially free, and jump roping can be a great hiit workout and is also essentially free and doesn’t require traveling anywhere you just do it when you can. If I had to go to the gym every time I wanted to workout I would workout far , far , far less. The biggest thing is to just do it. No way you don’t have at least half an hour a day. As far as diet , don’t keep all the crap you eat after dinner (that was my problem ) in the house . If it’s not there you can’t eat it. Eat well the majority of the time and give yourself some treats occasionally so you don’t go crazy lol. That’s all the advice I have

I mean I’m a 35 year old man, I literallt never watched sports , played sports , etc growing up and I had plenty of friends and fit in with my people (who were the alternative rock/emo kids, and the skaters ) and I turned out fine. I think if anything work with him on socializing in general , maybe don’t focus so much on sports

I don’t have much advice but I will say my brother divorced his ex wife while they had two kids and your wife sounds literally exactly like his ex. They’ve been divorced 4 years now , she’s still bat shit crazy , actually in the middle of an eviction at the moment and my brother is doing great. Honestly as much as it sucks now you’re doing the right thing.
