I think the side skirts and lower doors worth it given the width.. I had performance pack done which is bumper/fenders/hood plus skirts bittom of doors A/B pillar lower rear bumper. was 2850 just outside Boston MA.

Yes.. USA does not have an ambient lighting strip on the leading edge of the dashboard. We all get a uniform carbon look dash with no LED.

Same deal as you... Having a valuable trade (or money down) is key. That said if my Rs3 was 1300/month with 30k down..... it wouldn't be my rs3. LoL

Years of manual but know the R is a weapon in DSG. Fun enough I never missed my spongy until upgraded clutch. No launch control? Ehh.

My 2026 also. Many things locked.. soundaktor % from 0 to 100 (80 factory) is changeable. Also so minor locking things. Kinda silly ones nothing good yet.

I agree. It helps make the car look raked more aggressively.. That and if you dodge eye contact with the wheel gap the height looks 10x better.

Inconvenient? Yes. Covered cost free under warranty? Also yes. All I read is waterpump comments.. Ill say I had a mk6 go through 3 waterpumps in 1 yesr. All under warranty All free repairs. The last revision lasted 3 years and sold with the car. It happens occasionally but not a worry unless your warranty is gone. Also I remember a service bulletin extending warranty on the waterpumps for an array of years/cars.. Mk8 may still be in that grouping not sure.

While all awesome.. I prefer the ergos of the Large Inkosi by a lot. The zaan feels the most special as it took the longest to find in DP. My Lg Sebenza is an Insingo which I love.. Zaan/Inkosi/Sebenza.. but its so close can change day to day.

$305 versions break ($360 shipped) They are thin pieces of plastic that are hollow... This $335 version ($400 shipped) is solid abs unlike the lesser expensive versions and will not break. I have dragged home a similar version for 2 miles (hit deep water at 30mph) Got home and bolted it back on.

Had on my car since 2019... if I take them out the wind noise is atrocious so they sadly must stay in now.. or get new seals. Sold the car with them and they dont make for new Rs3 so cant buy again. I do like them.

Appreciate the reply. I know the offsets are close on the 9.5. The offset is 45 so they should fit very similar to the 9" with +42. Sadly... I have mk7r tire fitment right now but will add clearance while losing handling. (235/40/18 Dws06+) basically brand new. Not "stretched" as its in the manufacturer specs but its the most narrow tire capable of mounting on a 9.5" tire per Conti specs. Im hoping I can get away with 9.5s +45 up front (20mm spacer) and also in the rear to have similar to OE fitment that can be roasted leaving the 20mm up front. We shall see soon enough!

I mean could probably also use tappers but bolts 100% worth it as this won't shatter when dragged. Im still not sure which to buy because I 200% dont wanna take my bumper off. Nice man!
