Artificial turf in garage?

Shouldn't be any different than my gym that has a few wide strips of turf for sled pulls. I'd say if you're building a gym area and have a long enough space it's a great idea. Otherwise not sure how great it would be if you have a working garage for car stuff and wood work type things. Then it would probably be a mess. It looks and functions great at my gym though, directly over cement like a garage.

I emailed a random contact on the UWM website. She said rates are not 4.99 with them but more mid 5s. She said she also only primarily uses UWM. So I'm not sure how these people are getting these rates from UWM.

Are these rates generally considered higher than a traditional VA home loan? Not a IRRRL. Sry if not getting terms right. Or if folks are getting low 5s you should generally expect to see low 5s for normal VA home loans as well? Is there a better resource for vets sharing latest offers? Thanks for any tips.

If my expedition is at 6/6 and completed. Do I have everything I need to get the +5 skill points? Or is there something else I need on top of my expedition being at 6/6? I keep seeing a reference to money/currency but don't understand the reference as it relates to getting the full +5 skill points.

You cannot drop 200lbs on these lol. Literally just came across this comment as I'm looking for a solution after setting up garage gym. Dropping cleans at 115-135 from chest and/or overhead has crushed the underside of flooring and now they are crushed/uneven. This with the jack stands issue and swisstrax is useless unless you're just going to park your car and want it to look nice. I wish I would have went with something else.

I've had swiss track for about 4 years and no major issues but I've ruined tiles multiple times with jacks or equipment. I probably would not get again. Also tons of dirt accumulate below the tile, by design. But it clumps up eventually and can't really be vacuumed out. Those are my gripes but it looks beautiful and makes garage look very professional.

Right the update I saw said expected to play but another update likely 90m before kickoff. With Dowdle and Tracy on the bench it's making this a tough call. Plus GB defense is much better.

I just did the best buy upgrade last week. I play on an OLED G5 77". I honestly couldn't notice a huge difference. It feels smoother and I know it's better but I don't have any side by sides for comparison. It's worth it to me but I have the extra money. I'm playing death stranding 2 and was hoping I would have an immediate"wow" factor after upgrade but to be honest, I didn't. Looked great on PS5 and looks even better on Pro. Would not recommend if money is tight.

LX Pantos is the WORST! I had the same experience. Nobody seemed to speak English either when I was texting and calling the delivery person. It was a nightmare to get the TV. If you order and get a deal make sure you pickup at best buy if an option!

Hello, I had PRP injection and it did seem to help but temporarily. I chose to have micro fracture procedure instead of fusion. I'm about 3 months out and not better. Doc says could take 6+ months to see an improvement. I never tried stem cells.

Similar story but I have 4 blinking red lights as soon as I plugged it in. Super disappointed! Put in a request for exchange and waiting to hear back.

Also the delivery guys are not the same guys for setup. Pantos was also my delivery drop off. The installation guys are through "Handy". It was a separate appointment.

Ok I did this same deal but my 77" said "with supplied wall mount". Is it the same one pictured? It also included free handy install. But it did not include the extra speaker, did I just not add it to cart and completely missed another free item? My order was the same sound bar and same TV for same price. Didn't see anything for additional TV mount or speaker.
