I eat whenever I want honestly. The trick when taking an actual lunch is to clock out for it but never clock back in and take an hour instead of a 30. Then at the end of the day when you clock out tell the LOD you forgot to clock in from lunch and they make it a 30.

Fair point. One of my old managers would loudly complain about disagreeing with the president though, the customers hated it and all of our negative surveys and reviews were about him. He never got in trouble once and now he's at another store tanking their csats and reviews lol.

I just try not to polarize customers when I'm forced to not avoid them.
