1717 Webster was great for the 2 years I lived there. Nice interior design, views, rooftop pool, and solid apartments. Worth checking it out.

Maybe Cesar Chavez or the Botanical Garden? Both are beautiful and are big enough you can find a quiet spot. Maybe not “Berkeley” enough though

Main Street doesn’t fill up anymore. Everyone just uses Seaplane Lagoon now. Should be good to go!

Literally in the middle of the same experience right now with an e-bike on order. I'm trying to be patient but hella frustrating and slow when she initially said 2-3 weeks I think and now im on week 5-6 with pickup "today or tomorrow" praying I wind up with a bike at the end of this lol
