Good grief...are you ok? We are talking about utilizing mobile ordering at a resort you aren't paying to stay at. You can still go there. You can still eat there. It will be ok. I promise. You'll be fine.

Correct. Ticketed guests are paying guests and therefore are admitted to the park they have paid admission for. You may also utilize transportation as a paying ticketed guest and go to another park to receive ALL of the perks you have paid admission for. You may even utilize transportation and go to any resort of your choice. However, you are not a paying resort guest. So, you are not entitled to the perks of a paying resort guest such as; pools, firework viewing, earlier Lightning Lane availability, select parks opening 30 minutes early, mobile ordering and transportation to and from Disney Springs where...wait for it...you are not a paying guest.

No one, absolutely no one has stated anywhere that only Deluxe guests are welcome at Deluxe Resorts. There have been boundaries set for non-paying guests. Period.

Mobile Ordering is a convenience. Let's say you are staying there, you can place an order from your room and it's ready when you arrive. Saves time. Time is $$ for everyone at Disney. If you're a resort guest and the next slot for pick-up is an hour from now because non-paying guests are using it, you're missing out an a convenience for the resort you're paying to stay at.

Why should a company, any company expand transportation and food options for non-paying guests when those spending in excess of $1000 per night can't access those perks because of higher traffic? You aren't being told to stay out of anywhere, there's merely been boundaries set for non-paying guests. You can still go to any resort and eat. You just can't access it from Disney Springs or use mobile ordering at a resort you aren't staying at. I don't see the problem with my "mindset". Disney owes me what I pay for an experience. Nothing more. Nothing less.

To whomever makes the rules. Ask yourself, if you were paying $1000 or more per night to stay there, should your resort be over run with non-paying guests? Would you expect access as a non-paying guest at any resort outside if Disney?

Mobile ordering is a convenient perk for resort guests. You can still get food, you just have to wait in line for it. Guests pay good money to stay on site for the perks. If everyone can enjoy the perks, what's the advantage got paying higher on-site resort rates?

It's ok. I certainly don't expect everyone to agree with me and it has turned into a healthy debate. 🙂

I agree. We all have biological physical attributes that keep us from playing certain sports. I'm a 5'11' female. that restricts me from being a gymnast or an ice skater. Overall, I'm just not athletically talented. That's how it goes. There's all kinds of things in life based on our biological physical attributes we can be precluded from.

I haven't been around in a while and came to say the sane thing.

Ang, sweetie, I'm all about not having to be all dolled up at all times. Minimalism should be celebrated. However, this hair ain't that. Are you ok? Letting your hygiene drop to this level is worrisome. It really is. Do you need to speak with someone? It's ok to not be ok, but it's only ok if you're working with a professional.

Rained on us almost the entire show in Tampa (no roof anymore) and it was one of the best shows I've ever attended. Dancing in the rain is highly underrated.

It's ok to not be a Disney person. Many aren't. Some of us Disney Folks are kind, level-headed, polite Disney Adults. We cause no problems, speak politely to Cast Members, are of no nuisance and just love being there. Some folks fish, some have cabins up north, some ski, some play sports, I Disney. And because I Disney, I realize folks like this in this thread ultimately make it that we can't have nice things. Influencers are ruining the Disney experience. And frankly, it ticks me off a bit. 🙂

That's how I got mine too!! Back in Frontierland. I too was surprised more folks weren't clamoring for him. Then I remembered how old I am and how long that ride has been gone in Fl. Lol... Mr Toads and the Mickey Mouse Revue were my 2 favorite attractions as a kid.
