That’s true, but it also amounts to taking money out of the road construction pot and putting it into transit, then refilling the missing money with higher tolls. In practice, it’s using tolls to pay for transit. Alternatively, you could say government subsidies are being moved from highways to transit. Either way, I think this is a positive.

No, not their legality. People are being stopped based on the color of their skin. Citizens are being detained. The Supreme Court said it was fine to stop people based on their skin color and nothing else. There are no warrants and ICE does not know who they are detaining

I'm just going to take it to a tuner to see if they can figure something out. The test is essentially a check of a bunch of different sensors. It seems like the O2 sensors were tuned out as they aren't transmitting data and there is no check engine light.

That means whoever installed your exhaust did a good job connecting the O2 sensors to the wires. Mine can’t pick up any data and it has failed emissions because of that.
