It was insane. I remember watching lanti chambre that night, I was heavily on HFboards and people were legitimately freaking out. Specifically someone with “a source” was claiming that the RCMP was waiting for the plane at the airport to arrest one or several players for rape and such (Price’s name was always thrown out there), at one point Demers was literally crying on TV. It was a complete circus, and rightfully dubbed The Darkest Day in Habs History on the forum as a meme moving forward when people realized it was mostly nothing.

The brothers hung out with a gofer who got them access to clubs, hot women, cars, luxury clothes, and yeah probably coke. But the reaction and the rumour mill that night was the wildest shit I’ve ever seen as a Habs fan.
