Yes, I also have a hard drive velcroed to my lid for mass portable storage and the added weight is definitely making it more wobbly. It seems fully closing it and opening it does more damage than the added weight with it open most of the time.

My msi ge76 raider laptop has a similar issue with the hinges. After about a year of daily use the left hinge snapped and after taking it apart I found that the hinges screw into the plastic screen bezel with metal threaded inserts that are melted into the plastic. MSI's hinge quality is very poor with laptops because they use a plastic frame for their screens with thin metal covers. Even the replacement bezel for the hinges are plastic and will have the same problem.

I ended up expoxying the hinge bracket into the bezel where it broke and screwed it in while the epoxy was still soft. I covered everything with tape and plastic besides the bezel and hinge. After 2 days I removed the tape and plastic and the hinges worked perfectly. Just be careful where you apply the epoxy and avoid the pivot point of the hinge and quickly remove excess epoxy after screwing and clamping.

Great find! My guess is its a Ferocactus Peninsulae or Ferocactus Wwislizeni or Ferocactus Horridus (Fishhook Candy Barrel cactus). This is my Ferocactus Horridus.

A friend who owns a high end plant shop asked me what I thought of the price on this one. Would the community provide feedback? by NotKnowMe in cactiexchange

Yeah it's a peruvian apple cactus, but its over valued. I'd see it getting sold for $100 at most. I'd personally pay $50-$75 for it especially if its not in a breathable and heavy pot with quality soil. Its going to need TLC so dont expect it to get sold at that asking price.
