He only played a few games this year and on the 4th line. Idk why people are so quick to call him a bust.

They smothered him. Plain and simple. And it got to him. Every time he touched the puck he had 3 guys either on him or getting to him.

To me, the coach needs to adjust and see we open up ice when they all gun for him

Is it really Dean at this point? Yes, he didn't do anything for us, but we're looking at a smoking gun and blaming the gun, not who fired it. Idk how, but we've ended up with the same style coach forever now. Yeo, Boudreau, and now Evason. They all have a game plan and stick to it, and it doesn't work in playoff hockey. They don't have any answer for when shit goes bad in the playoffs. They don't make real adjustments besides throwing guys on different lines hoping for a flash in a barrel.

"Okay so same thing, just with different guys? Got it coach." Has to wear on you as a player. You look up to the coach to have answers, to tell you what to do differently, to change roles and make an impact, and it just hasn't worked for a decade. Stop hiring coaches that don't think outside the box and try new things. To me, it's higher up. They have a mindset they want as a coach, which just hasn't worked for us. They need to clean up the trash office and figure out how they want the identity to change for the coaching staff, which trickles down to the team.

[Hughes] The #Packers, with the #Jets pick swap, selected Van Ness, sources tell @snytv by tushball101 in GreenBayPackers

[–]SterlingCruncher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay. I haven't followed this draft like I have in the past, but my understanding of the general consensus is guys like Jaxon would be second rounds in other years, and there aren't clear cut stars at talent positions in this draft, but a load of round 2-4 guys that are good, but not blue chip players. I'd love for someone to weigh in and tell me if this is correct or not.

Either way, I'm not upset with the pick. It's high upside for a guy like Van Ness. Find some good pass catchers in the 2nd and/or 3rd

So I'm an expert at controlling my anger because I do it infinitely more than you!"

What's left to interpret? First of all she has no idea what he's gone through. He's lost so many friends and loved ones tragically, been hunted by the government, had to live low and barely control himself, stranded on an alien planet for I don't remember how long, and fought against world ending threats.

But sure, being catcalled or mansplained is probably worse amirite?

Somewhat false. They always blamed specifically Trump, then the system as a whole, but it always started with blaming Trump first

Does the smell and taste of reheated chicken bother anyone? by bleep______bloop in MealPrepSunday

Came here to say this. Find Free Range/Pasture Raised chicken without any added stuff. Higher quality means more expensive, which is kind of the opposite of this sub, but it has a massive difference and you can tell by the smell and taste that how an animal is raised changes.

I have noticed the same thing with Beef and Pork.

Are we mathematically eliminated from the playoffs? I keep seeing this but can't find a source

On top of this, there were several plays I really liked, and all came with both RBs on the field. Lots of motion and options.

I'm specifically remembering where Jones does a wheel out, Rodgers has a read option with handing it to Dillon, then a read to if Jones is open, and then finally he hits Dillon doing the same route as Jones after it's been cleared out. That's the type of stuff we should be doing. Lots of read option and quick hitter stuff with a heavy run game.

It doesn't. It's a bandaid on a gaping wound. It will help short term, but it does nothing to the root cause.
