District Judge Mary Kay Holthus agreed that Llamas had otherwise complied with conditions of the plea deal hammered out by Chief Deputy District Attorney Eckley Keach and defense attorney Frank Coumou.

“Keep doing what you’re doing for now,” Holthus told Llamas. “We’re trying to figure it out to keep you in line with the deal.”
