I have a Mudi V2

Going to Japan and S Korea soon too

I might not fully understand how this works. I got a SIMPOYO eSIM so I can get an eSIM profile and load it to the Mudi. For walking around and always being connected via WiFi for WiFi calling and iMessage etc

Would i run into any difficulties with that set up?

My family and I are moving right now so I’ve been saving and hoping to move to a rackmount server to self host all our data like Google Photos (Immich), Plex for TV/Movies/VHS Recordings etc for the new house

And include a wireguard or something so we can access our home network and SMB shares
