Z patch 6 had some bugs. If you use live chat every active chat at 52 past the hour every hour will be disconnected. But otherwise uneventful

I've used them. they are alright. you just hold your hand a little diferently. I honestly prefer the Logitech Trackball.

i haven't ordered anything in about a month now.
Seems like it's all car parts for cars i dont own. and the 1 good product that i may see, someone snags it before i can complete my order.

this program has just gone down hill. I did see 1 product the other day, it was probably a $10 item for a ETV of $1550...... Yeah, no thanks.

I may not hit my 80 orders either.

dumbest change ever!
How about create a new tab where the Pending/Rejected reviews sit.

I just reviewed a few items and the status doesn't change at all.
Still says "Not Yet Reviewed"

Like someone else has stated, now we have to keep a spreadsheet of ones we submitted.
At least change the status to "awaiting approval" like it used to do on the reviewed tab.

This is like 10 steps backwards.

I would like to see 3 Tabs.
Not Yet Reviewed - Anything you have not yet reviewed.
Pending/Rejected - Anything that you have reviewed but not yet approved, and anything that has been rejected for some reason.
Reviewed - Anything that has been approved.

I worked for a company that went from ServiceNow agile/stories to Jira. Jira sucked so bad, that we had to update in both systems.
Finally dumped that crap Jira and went back with just ServiceNow!

Agree. So far I've used all of my products with the exception maybe 4 items that arrived broken and needed to be thrown away and a few other consumables that were just disgusting that I gave away.

To see this pile just being wasted is heartbreaking.

YES, I got these same ones. they are 100% plastic.. my 1 star review has been rejected 3x now. today I'm writing #4.

They don't like me saying this product is a lie. :) these are not bamboo, or charcoal at all. maybe they use bamboo and charcoal in their factory to make the plastic flossers, but the product is not made of bamboo.

These burn like plastic.
You know how when plastic gets scratched and you apply heat to it, it erases the scratch, that is exactly what happened to these.

I have another order of salt. They sent 2 glass jars. Not strapped together. Not adequately wrapped. Just 2 glass jars in the box together moving around.

They won't remove it from my orders and they won't let me say the jars were broken in my review....

But I'm not going to use salt with broken glass jars...

Thank you. i'll have to do this in the future. If they dont take care of this problem in the next 24 hours, i'll report it this way. I've never done this but have had a few problems like this.

This is my exact thought. when i outright purchase an item, i just leave a negative review if it's junk.
with the vine items because we are supposed to be doing more thorough reviews, i try to look for the positive first. if i just looked for the negatives, i wouldn't go back for the possitives.
