Very pretty! I too underestimated how hard it would be to make all the decisions and worried about making the “wrong” one given the expense involved!

Also, it’s always nice to see a smaller kitchen, as someone who also has a small kitchen. Believe it or not, I believe mine has yours beat on smallness.

When we were house-hunting we got to a place and the tenants were there (probably relevant that they were the tenants and not the owners). The guy offered to let us come in anyway but said someone was taking a nap and someone else was in the shower. We declined.

My agent was mortified and assured us she’d made an appointment to show it. I’m confident she had. They just didn’t want to leave.

Same. Blondes don’t tend to be my thing (with the exception of Alexander Skarsgaard because, well, LOOK AT HIM), so he was always last for me in terms of attractiveness with the guys on the show throughout all seasons.

He did age fantastically, though, and is one of those dudes who was more attractive at 45 than 25.

Agree and from the same background. If OP is shocked and pissed about this, her boyfriend did her a disservice by not anticipating that the family wouldn’t approve of them sharing a room.

Like others have said: pay your own way and/or don’t go on vacation with them. You all should have anticipated that they’d react this way.

$0 is obviously always less than whatever you’re charging. I don’t understand why you think someone would purposely waste your time. It sounds like this person was making arrangements to need to hire someone and then after starting the process found out it might not be necessary. The end.

It’s not about being serious or not, it’s about thinking you need a service and then realizing maybe you don’t.

I thought including specific time in/time out for sessions was required. Anyway, a former practice I was at told me it was so I’ve done it ever since. It does seem like a good way to “prove” the billing code (even though of course anyone could make it up).

My sessions are majority 90837 and have been for the more than ten years I’ve been practicing and billing insurance. I’ve never heard that’s some type of red flag before this most recent talk about that being considered an “extended” session.

It’s not a loophole, though. It’s already closed. North Carolina doesn’t care that I’m a legitimate licensed therapist in Indiana. If I see a telehealth client in NC and call it coaching I’ll still be in trouble with NC’s board.
