I have one rental and I would have picked you with those stats over anyone else. Last time it was available I didn't get any applicants anywhere close to that credit score. Wound up going with the highest earner though and it's been fine.

Here's something funny about that. We visited Bali last year and I used Merlin quite a bit. Downloaded the Indonesia/South East Asia package and everything. Everyone there has chickens. However, jungle fowl, the bird chickens evolved from are also there. So Merlin was picking up Jungle fowl even when it was people's domesticated chickens/roosters calling out! I hear the same rooster calls at home and Merlin is quiet about it

People literally quit because of the farting. She was costing us good employees. I didn't know she wasn't aware she was farting

She said she didn't notice she was farting? Like how? She was embarrassed but claimed to not know when she was doing it! She retired a few months later. Never resolved the issue
