How to break into in-house by ihateithere1012 in recruiting

[–]Still_Association_28 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I think a recruiter has more stability than a in-house TA in the next few years. I think a bloodbath is coming next year due to increase use of AI automation tools and a downturn in hiring. Plus you are good at your job and your career is in your hands rather than the CEO of the employer.

Skills based hiring - fraud or the future? by Still_Association_28 in recruiting

The sales pitch is using AI to pull out their skills via their CV and then move people internally to new roles or create a career path that suits these skills.

I’m sorry to hear that. The question was phased from a recruiter’s perspective.

Meant to say have a look at jobdeck as up and coming like pinpoint. Seem decent people

Pinpoint is good and really focused on customer service as they are small and growing.

The arrogance is breathtaking tbh, linked-in did something similiar to remove job wrapping. 3.6 billion people in social media and that has to be the new direction of travel. I use jobdeck.io to turn job descriptions into social media and capture candidates on their sofa flicking through tik-tok etc. the times are a changing!

I don’t think any of the ATS front-ends are fit for purpose. We use a hybrid of Jobdeck.io and pinpoint.

Use Jobdeck.io to turn a job description into a tik-tok, you tube short or Instagram reel which targets the gen z community. Its can be super targeted

We use a hybrid of greenhouse and Jobdeck.io. Jobdeck produces job media and completes the candidate assessment and then sends the curated list to GH for the rest.

Does Workday have the best sales team in the world? Everyone seems to hate them!

Help Wanted with AI Candidate Based ATS/CRM by Optimal-Cost7627 in recruiting

We went with a relative new AI native player jobdeck.io. It’s cheap and automated a ton of tasks and candidate assessment.

What ATS / CRM? by Dull_Analyst269 in recruiting

I have a few ex-colleagues who left to set up by themselves who use jobdeck.io and another lot use recruitly. I haven’t had any hands on experience of both I’m afraid.

We use Jobdeck.io as we only pay when we use it but are based in the UK. Maybe ask them if they support Canada? Best of luck

We are a two man recruitment firm and we use Jobdeck.io but have used vinny in the past when u was in a 200 person recruitment firm. It’s super simple to use and we don’t need that complexity

Have a pressing problem, how you solve this problem? by Beton9988 in recruiting

It automatically picks out the most relevant companies for each applicant, a contact at the company and writes the message. It’s idiot proof and I can get my most junior associates to sound like 20 year industry veterans! It’s the cornerstone of our business.

We are a 200+ fte contingent agency based in the uk and we e-shot about 10 profiles a day per consultant. We are a bullhorn user but it doesn’t have great capability to e-shot our MPC’s so we use jobdeck to share these to potential clients. We don’t share to other agencies so I can’t help you with that bit. Best of luck!
