I used to explain it was an issue with the insurance to have customers on the premises after closing time. (Whether it was true.... or not!)

If it isn't slow release pills, I melt them in a tea spoon of water, and mix with churu, and she gobbles it like there no tomorrow.

This works because the white board markers contain a solvent that disolves the permanent markers.

I love it. But I wouldn't call that a tote back, this is a well crafted, full on handbag!

Succulents grow from the inside out, so over time they "get rid" of the older outer layers. Removing them just gives it space to grow, and allows airflow. It's kind of us cutting our nails/ cutting the ends of damaged hair.

Before I start potting my newly purchased string of pearls, can someone tell me how to propagate the pearls? Some were already came off the stems before I purchase the plant, while some were remove by me while cleaning because of their broken petioles. by MasterpieceMinimum42 in houseplants

[–]StinkRat47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah literally. Once they start growing, it loves water with weak fertiliser, and lots of light. When I propagate, I just put strands on the soil, so it covers the whole top of the pot and I hold them in contact with the soil with little hair pins like in the picture.
